Almost 600 cyclists are taking on Multiple Sclerosis from June 25th-26th, in this year's MS Bike Gear Up To End MS.

Participants are taking part in a 160km ride - 80km each day - from Airdrie to Olds.

"What people do to prepare for this is just a lot of cycling," said Charolette Howe, MS Bike Volunteer. "It definitely is not something you can just pick up your bike and go, its quite a big event and a big commitment."

Beginning in Airdrie, cyclists rode along 80km of road to Olds, with rest stops provided along the way for water, Gatorade, and any other needs.

The cyclists stayed in Olds overnight before returning back to Airdrie on Sunday, June 26, where they had a finish-line BBQ waiting for them.
