Cochrane RCMP are on the hunt for a stolen quad and trailer from a residence in the town's West Valley area.

Constable Kary Moore says overnight on Saturday (April 8), a black enclosed trailer with Alberta plate 5BZ446 containing a camouflage coloured Can-Am SSV Commander side by side quad was taken from the home.

RCMP have released photos of both in hopes that someone recognizes the units.
