The City wants to know how you feel about Airdrie, as they plan the 10 Year Economic Strategy.

As part of the 'We Are Airdrie' initiative, residents can complete a quick online survey and can even leave comments about places and events on a real-time online city map.

“Businesses and residents are the heart of our community and the local economy, so it is exceedingly important that their voices help shape the city’s economic future," said Kent Rupert, Economic Development Team Leader. "We have created a fun way for Airdrie residents to tell us what makes Airdrie great and what can be improved on.”

Resident and business feedback will be incorporated into the 10-year economic strategy, which serves as a road map for future city planning.

The survey will outline high-level priorities and influence the City of Airdrie's actions in relation to economic growth and sustainability.

“Airdrie is a loved city; we hear it time and time again, but we are trying to gain insight into the reasons why people love the city and how that shapes who we are now and into the future,” explained Rupert.

The strategy will be completed by the end of this year.
