Someone lost their ability to navigate down the information superhighway while they were navigating down a road in Airdrie and now the RCMP want to get device and owner back together.

On Tuesday, June 26th around 11:00 am, a motorist was travelling along Veteran's Boulevard near East Lake Boulevard when they saw an iPad fall off the top of another vehicle.

If the iPad's owner added AppleCare to their device, maybe they needn't have bothered.  When the finder stopped and picked it up, they found the iPad wasn't even damaged and turned it into Airdrie RCMP.

Now, the RCMP are trying to find whoever lost it.  If you recognize the device and can identify it via the serial number, contact Airdrie RCMP at 403 945-7200.
