It was a great day to be an Airdrie hockey fan after Ty Rattie’s brilliant performance in Edmonton last night (April 5th).

Rattie scored the game-winning goal and added one assist as the Edmonton Oilers beat the Vegas Golden Knights 4-3.

Those two points increase Rattie’s total this season to nine in just 13 games played since being called up from Bakersfield.

Connor McDavid assisted on Rattie’s goal and ended up with three helpers on the night to put him atop the NHL’s scoring race at 106 points.

Rattie will look to end the regular season with more goals as the Oilers play their final game against the Vancouver Canucks on Saturday night.
