Susan Benoit, Linda Bruce, Astrid Eckstein, Robin Loyola, and Carolynn Martin tested their skills and speed for the first time in 2019 and proved they have what it takes against the competition winning a total of 13 gold, seven silver, and two bronze medals.

Loyola swept all of her events, the 50m backstroke, 50m & 100m breaststroke, 50m butterfly and 100m individual medley for a five gold medal performance in the 45 to 49 age category.

It was a three gold medal performance for Bruce who won the 50m backstroke, and 100 and 200m breaststroke in the 55 to 59 age category.  She also won a pair of silver medals in the 50m breaststroke and 100m individual medley.
