The Rocky View basketball playoffs are on the horizon, with boys teams approaching the end of their seasons.

Tonight (February 7), the Croxford Cavaliers will play their final game of the season, with home court advantage against the Springbank Phoenix. The senior Cavs are currently fourth in Rocky View with a 1-3 record, two spots higher than the winless Phoenix. Meanwhile, the junior Cavs sit in fifth place with a 2-3 record, one spot below the 2-2 Phoenix.

The George McDougall Mustangs will brave the wintry weather to face the Chestermere Lakers on the road. A win tonight for the senior Mustangs would mean a tie for second place in the division with the Bert Church Chargers. The junior Mustangs would also value a win, as they are currently tied for second place with the Lakers.

For both matchups, the junior game will get underway at 6:00 pm, followed by the seniors at 7:45 pm.
