Local Player Craig Armstrong Tallies Goal In 5-4 Victory Over Team BC

 

Two local hockey players Craig Armstrong and Keegan Slaney hit the ice for a game between team Alberta and team bc yesterday. 

 

BC took the early lead with a 2-0 score over Alberta until the second period when local product Craig Armstrong put on in the back of the net. 

 

The game was a solid back and forth effort from both teams until 27 seconds left in the third when team Alberta scored again to win the game. 

 

The game ended in a 5-4 victory for team Alberta.

 

Team Alberta ended the round-robin tournament with a 2-1 record in first place of the pool standings.
