The Airdrie Irish play their third game of the Alberta Football League season and their second on the road tonight (June 9) when they head for Red Deer and a meeting against the Central Alberta Buccaneers.

Just two games into the AFL season, the Irish are occupying some lofty real estate.  They sit with a 2 and 0 record and are tied for first place with the perennial powerhouse Fort McMurray Monarchs.

The 'Bucs are playing only their second game of the season and their home opener.  They dropped their first game.

Action gets underway at 7:00 pm at Red Deer's Great Chief Park.
