Once again, local cowboys didn't disappoint in Day Two of the Canadian Finals Rodeo last night (November 9).

Airdrie's Jake Vold made his case for another National Title with a score of 87.75 in Bareback Riding. That placed Vold in first place ahead of Utah's Caleb Bennett.

Cochrane brothers Tanner and Straws Milan finished in the top of the Steer Wrestling event. Tanner scored a time of 4.1 with Straws not far behind at 4.2.

Didsbury native Morgan Grant had an impressive showing in Tie Down Roping with a time of 7.9 seconds. That put Grant in a tie for first with Riley Warren of Stettler.
