The Cochrane Cobras scored a huge 49 - 2 win on Saturday (September 29) against the George McDougall Mustangs and in the process knocked the 'Stangs right out of the Alberta High School Football Top Ten.

The Mustangs had entered Saturday's game ranked seventh in the province among Tier Two schools.  Now, George Mac is on the outside looking in.  Cochrane, on the other hand, is still the number one ranked Tier Three team in the province, a position they have held for a few years now.

The Springbank Phoenix moved up a notch in the Tier Two rankings following their 14 - 6 win on Saturday against the W.H. Croxford Cavaliers.  Springbank is now ranked seventh.

The Mustangs will be out to take back their spot in the rankings when they meet the Phoenix on Thursday in Springbank.
