He's won a AAA title, MVP, Player of the week and now he's a Junior A Champion.

Last night (April 19th) Airdrie goalie Kurtis Chapman helped the Portage Terriers win their third straight Manitoba Junior Hockey League title with a 1-0 win over the OCN Blizzard.

Chapman made 27 saves for the shutout, just days after he was named the MJHL player of the week.

The win adds another honour to Chapman's impressive Hockey resume as he already holds a AAA Championship with the Strathmore Bisons where he was named the team MVP in 2015.

Chapman also started for the Bisons in their trip to the Telus Cup National Tournament where they finished fourth overall.

The Terriers are no where near done as they now represent Manitoba in the Western Canada Cup, on the road to the RBC Cup National Championship.
