No matter what happens from here on in at the Mac's Midget Hockey Tournament in Calgary, the Airdrie CFR Bisons have already had a better tournament than they had last year.

The Bisons picked up their second win in three games last night (December 28) by doubling the Saskatoon Contacts 4 - 2.  That gives Airdrie a 2 and 1 record for the tournament.   Last year they finished at 1 and 3.

The Bisons will play their fourth game in four days and their last round-robin game tonight when they face off against the Fort Saskatchewan Rangers.

The Bisons are currently second in Pool Five with four points, one back of the first place New York Junior Islanders.  The Rangers have just a single point from a tie in two games played.

Puck drops at 8:00 pm in the Father David Bauer Arena.

The Mac's Tournament wraps up on New Year's Day.
