According to the RCMP, a 29-year-old female was transported to the hospital following a morning collision in Airdrie. There are no details on the extent of the injuries.
The RCMP also stated that there is no update regarding the cause of the collision.
On Wednesday morning, a vehicle crashed into a light pole on 8th Street going Southbound near the intersection of Channelside Drive in Midtown. Multiple emergency crews were on the scene, including RCMP, fire trucks, and ambulances.
A portion of the right lane was cordoned off earlier to allow emergency vehicles room to work.
