Alberta continues to lead the nation in economic growth, and Budget 2023 will hopefully keep the province in a position to draw in investment, diversify the economy, and create jobs. Their commitment to lowering costs of living, enhancing our healthcare system, generating jobs, and advocating for Albertans will be furthered by Budget 2023.

“Alberta is the best place to live, work and raise our families. Budget 2023 will put Albertans first by supporting our communities, businesses and families with strategic investments to position us for a prosperous future. I look forward to hearing your priorities and perspectives for Budget 2023. Please take the time to complete the survey or participate however you can.,” stated Travis Toews, President of the Treasury Board and Minister of Finance.

Making use of public consultations to hear from Albertans is an important step in creating the province's budget.

By participating in telephone town halls with Toews and completing an online survey, Albertans may voice their opinions and suggestions for the upcoming budget on behalf of their organizations, businesses, municipalities, trade associations, community organizations, and other entities via an online portal.

The survey and online submission portal are open now. For more information on these and other engagement methods, please visit alberta.ca/BudgetConsultation.
