According to the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office in Oregon records show that 41-year-old Noah Madrano, who was arrested early Saturday morning in Oregon City in connection to the case of a 13-year-old missing teenager from Edmonton is facing multiple charges.

Madrano is charged with kidnapping, sexual abuse and rape and is being held at the Clackamas County Jail in Oregon City. 

Although previously, the Edmonton Police Service would not name the suspect, they did say in a press release that he may also face charges of Child Luring. 

"Police believe that the teenager and the suspect had made contact over a social media platform. Police also believe that the suspect was in the area of Mission, B.C. after the youth had gone missing," according to a previous written statement by the Edmonton Police Service. 

The Edmonton teenager has since been reunited with her family. 

A multitude of agencies was involved in the case including various specialized Edmonton Police Service units, as well as, ALERT (Alberta Law Enforcement Response Teams), Northern Alberta ICE Unit, RCMP, Abbotsford Police, US Customs and Border Patrol, CBSA, Gladstone Police (Oregon), Oregon City Police, and the FBI.
