Backed by Craig Anderson's 38 save performance, the Ottawa Senators escaped the Saddledome last night with a 3-1 win against the Calgary Flames.

Defenseman Mark Giordano says that the Flames focus has to be better in order for the team to look past their .500 record, and get on some kind of streak.

Tom Kostopoulos had the lone marker for the Flames.

Calgary has a few days off to regroup before they host the Chicago Blackhawks at the Dome on Friday, November 18. Last time the teams met up in the Windy City, Chicago came out on top with a 4-1 win. Game time November 18 is 7 pm.
