Airdronian Jake Neighbours and the St. Louis Blues stunned the Flames with a third-period comeback to win in overtime 4-3.

Calgary pulled away in the second period, going up 3-1 until early on in the third period when the Blues scored two back-to-back goals before they were able to win in overtime.

Flames goalie Jacob Markstrom made 23 saves on 27 shots while Blues goaltender Jordan Binnington made 28 saves on 31 shots. The Flames continue to struggle, losing games in Overtime.

Calgary currently sits 4th in the Pacific Division with 47 points and a 19-14-9 record.

Neighbours was able to pick up a point in last night's game, garnering another assist. He has 4 points on the season: 1 goal and three assists in 18 games played.

Neighbours and the Blues are currently 4th in the Central Division with 45 points and a record of 21-18-3.

Luckily the Flames do have a chance to get some revenge as they do play the Blues again on Thursday.
