For the Airdronians who plan on sending parcels or cards for the 2023 holiday season, Canada Post has revealed shipping deadlines.

These dates are predicated on the idea that you would like the receiver to get the gift before Christmas day (December 25).

Here are the dates for sending packages:

  • Local Zone
    • Priority - December 21
    • Xpresspost - December 21
    • Expedited Parcel or flat rate box - December 20
    • Regular Parcel - December 19
  • Regional Zone
    • Priority - December 21
    • Xpresspost - December 21
    • Expedited Parcel or flat rate box - December 18-20
    • Regular Parcel - December 14-19
  • National Zone
    • Priority - December 20
    • Xpresspost - December 20
    • Expedited Parcel or flat rate box - December 19-20
    • Regular Parcel - December 8-18

Here are the dates for sending cards:

  • Local Zone - December 19
  • Regional Zone - December 18
  • National Zone - December 15

For those wanting to send packages and cards to USA, here are those dates:

  • Packages
    • Xpresspost - December 15
    • Expedited Parcel - December 13
    • Tracked Packet/Small Packet - December 12
  • Cards - December 12
