Lane and shoulder closures continuing this week on QEII

The previously scheduled QEII lane and shoulder closures will be continuing all of this week.

The closures were previously scheduled to be completed yesterday but have since been extended until Friday, September 1st.

To support sign structure installation and drilling:

• The median shoulder travelling southbound and northbound will be closed at 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. 

Hole prep & rebar cage:

• The median lane travelling southbound will be closed from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. 
• The shoulder travelling northbound will be closed from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m.

Concrete pour & finish:

• The median lane travelling southbound will be closed from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.
• The shoulder travelling northbound will be closed from 7  a.m. until 4 p.m.

The two-way flow of traffic will continue.

Another closure which started yesterday and will last until September 29th is Edwards Way to facilitate upgrades to Edwards Lift Station.
