It's that time of year when multiple policing town halls will be happening in and around the Airdrie area. Airdrie RCMP will have their own Town Hall on February 15, though more details will be released closer to the date.
Airdrie RCMP will also have a couple of town halls, one being in collaboration with Beiseker RCMP.
The Airdrie/Beiseker RCMP detachment's Inspector Lauren Weare invites individuals and businesses from Rocky View County, Crossfield, Beiseker, Irricana, Acme, Linden, and Kneehill County to the second annual Rural Town Hall.
The RCMP will offer an update on policing actions over the previous year and hear your feedback to help determine policing objectives for the future year. Rocky View County will host the Town Hall, which will be held both in person and virtually, it will be located at 262075 Rocky View Point on January 30 at 6 p.m.
Staff Sgt. Warren Wright, Commander of the Olds RCMP Detachment, will conduct multiple Community Town Halls in Mountain View County, Bowden, and Olds next week. Residents with comments or concerns about policing issues are encouraged to attend. Town Hall meetings are an excellent approach to meeting with local citizens and community leaders to discuss policing priorities and community needs.
Olds RCMP with Didsbury RCMP, Mountain View County Patrol and Chinook Arch Victim Services will be hosting their Town Hall in Mountain View County (Division 7) today (January 23) between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m., at the East Olds Baptist Church.
The Olds RCMP, Red Deer County Patrol, and Chinook Arch Victim Services will have a Town Hall in Bowden on January 24 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Bowden Friendship Club.
Olds RCMP with the Town of Olds Municipal Enforcement and Chinook Arch Victim Services will be hosting their Town Hall on January 25, between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m., at the Evergreen Centre.
