The Calgary Flames ended the pre-season on the right note, against the Yotes. David Moss's 2 goals were the difference in a 4-2 win at the Dome against the Phoenix Coyotes Thursday night. Moss, who added an assist to his 3 point night, says the team didn't come out strong, but picked it up in the final two frames.

Assistant Coach Craig Hartsberg agrees with that assessment, point out what worked for the team in the final 40 minutes.

The Flames now wait 8 days until the season starts, when they host the Pittsburgh Penguins at the Dome. Sidney Crosby is reported to be joining the team on it's Western Canada trip, but isn't likely to play.
