Hwy. 567 between Range Roads 285 and 290 is now open.

Airdrie RCMP were on scene of a fatal collision on Hwy. 567 between Range Roads 285 and 290, just east of Airdrie.

One person is reported deceased.

Both the east and westbound lanes were closed. The RCMP collision analyst was attending the scene.

Motorists were asked to avoid the area to give emergency crews the room to work safely.
