St. Albert RCMP confirms that Francis Jayne Jacobs has been located safe and unharmed.
Last week, St. Albert RCMP was asking for public assistance to locate 28-year-old Francis Jayne Jacobs of St. Albert. Jacobs had last seen by her family three months ago at the St. Albert Walmart parking lot. On August 16, Francis was seen at the Boyle Street Centre in Edmonton but had not been seen since.
At the time, Francis was believed to be in the Edmonton or Calgary area.
