Its been nearly a month since the strike from Canada Post workers with no end in sight and postal backing up the federal government is deciding whether or not to get involved.

The Federal Government could use the "Back To Work" legislation to force workers back to work. The piece of legislation has been used in the past by the federal government and is used to force workers back to work if they labour dispute is hurting Canadians.

Many businesses in Canada are asking postal workers to end the labour dispute as for its hurting local businesses.

Another major factor is the upcoming holiday season, packages are currently being held at the Canadian borders and mail is backlogged 30 days.

Should the federal government use the "Back to work" legislation? Why or Why not?
